Recipe Review: Kimchi Salad with a twist

A korean salad with an indian touch that we often find at asian restaurants in tiny pickle jars.



Ingredients
For dressing:
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chilli ketchup/sauce
1/4 tsp salt or very little to taste
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp roasted whole sesame seeds

For salad:
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1/2 red cabbage
1/2 green cabbage
1/2 red or green apple
1 Spring onion to garnish

Method:
1) Prepare the dressing and keep it aside for few minutes
2) Cut all the ingredients in cubes and place it in a salad bowl
3) Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
4) Garnish with spring onions and serve
