Star Recipe: Chachi's Kitchen's Bateta jo shaak (Potato curry khoja style)

Ismaili or Khoja cuisine is a branch of Mughlai cooking. Although a cuisine with roots in Lucknow and Hyderabad, it has some interesting Gujarati influences.

Review:
We have never really tasted authentic Khoja food to really make a judgment here but we assure you this definitely has a distinct flavor. It also goes well with our Multigrain Zucchini Rotis.
