Recommendations: The bean burrito as described in the recipe above is great. But I like to add some more flavour to the burrito, by adding some grilled/sauted vegetables to the burrito. The following mix of vegetables is recommended: onions, peppers (i.e. capsicum), zucchini, yellow squash and broccoli. While sauteing or grilling the vegetables, season them with garlic, salt, black pepper and lime juice.
Burrito places we love: Chipotle (USA), Border Cafe (Greater Boston Area, USA), and Boca Grande (Greater Boston Area, USA).
