Recipe Review: OnePerfectBite's Bean Sprout Salad

Sprouted beans are found to be healthier than their non-sprouted counterparts. Bean sprouts are a commonly found ingredient (but never the dominant ingredient) in fried rice, noodles, spring rolls and soups in asian cuisine. This salad recipe does a great job of making the bean sprout the dominant ingredient without compromising on the taste factor.

Review
The recipe works great as is. If you have trouble finding pimento, Red bell pepper is a good alternative. If you have trouble finding rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar is a good alternative as well. The salad can be a great side to a simple, asian, rice-and-entree dinner.
