Star Recipe: Simply Recipes' Bruschetta

You might call them "Broo-shetaas" or "Broos-ketaas" but there is no denying that they are the most popular Italian appetizer. They are quick to make and go great with your favorite wine while you are waiting for your pasta entrĂ©e. There are a lot of variations when it comes to the toppings. The recipe we chose is probably the most basic and quick. Buon Appetito!

Recipe: Bruschetta at SimplyRecipes

Review: One of our favorite bruschetta recipes mainly because of its simplicity yet great taste. Pair it with your favorite wine and it will be hard for you to stop eating them. We also recommend that you can also top it up with a slice of mozarella, a sliced olive, fresh basil leaf and tiny sprinkles of oregano and red peppers.

Italian Places we love that serve good bruschettas: Trattoria Il Panino (Boston), Little Italy (Chembur, Mumbai), Cafe Mangii (Khar, Mumbai)

  1. To add to the list of Italian places that serve good bruschettas: Olivadi (Greater Boston Area). Here's a description of their bruschetta:

    Bruschetta Tre Parte
Roasted red peppers and Parmesan; yellow and red tomatoes with mozzarella; goat cheese and roasted portobello mushroom — all on toasted ciabatta bread
