Star Recipe: OneHotStove's Kati Rolls

A great idea for a light lunch, game night or a potluck - Kati rolls are spicy rolls and a staple of the tipsy Mumbaikars hunting for food after the bars shut down.

Review:  OneHotStove's recipe is one of the best kati roll recipes we have found. Its easy to follow and we have tried it a number of times. We would recommend adding some chili sauce to the mixture if you are in the mood for something spicy. Homemade breads using a blend of wheat flour (75%) and all-purpose/white flour (25%) tend to taste better and lighter compared to corn tortillas.

Kati Roll places we love: Ayub's (Mumbai), Bade Miya (Mumbai), Indian Dhaba (Boston), The Kathi Roll Company (NYC)
